Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated caregivers — most of whom are parents themselves. Many have earned bachelor degrees in early childhood education or the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. The CDA is a nationally recognized credential requiring hundreds of hours of specialized training and classroom experience focused on how young children learn, grow, and thrive.

In addition, all our teachers have their CPR/First-Aid certifications and participate in dozens of hours a year of training and professional development. Even as a young organization, in a high-turnover field and city, many of our teachers have been with us for several years — a reflection of the strong, supportive culture we’ve built together.
