Our Team

Our team is made up of passionate, dedicated caregivers — most of whom are parents themselves. Many have earned, or are in the process of obtaining, bachelor degrees in early childhood education or the Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. The CDA is a nationally recognized credential requiring hundreds of hours of specialized training and classroom experience focused on how young children learn, grow, and thrive.

In addition, all our teachers have their CPR/First-Aid certifications and participate in dozens of hours a year of training and professional development. Even as a young organization, in a high-turnover field and city, many of our teachers have been with us for several years — a reflection of the strong, supportive culture we’ve built together.
